Angela Sun
Angela Sun, an American journalist and television sportscaster in addition to filmmaker of documentary films. Angela Sun was born on September 19, 1979 located in Santa Clara County California. She has won awards for her work as a journalist sportscaster producer and actor. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Sociology at the University of California. Sun was a pro at surfing and was a participant in numerous professional-am events that lead to sponsorship from major brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. The recognition she received through these events was like a rocket that fueled her entry into the world of entertainment. Sun later went on to become an who was an investigative sportscaster as well as film director. Sun is a former anchor that has been on many different news channels. In 2003 Sun was the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. In 2012, she hosted American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. In 2014, Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute. Sun is the first Asian American person to have appeared as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun has starred in many films and has received fame and praise for her acting talent. Sun has appeared in movies like Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009) Shackled 2005, Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun's feature length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a film that focused on the impact of plastic pollution on the oceans. She created, wrote and directed it all by herself.
