Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback singer and musician, who is predominantly in Tamil and Malayalam language films. Her acting debut was in Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut in Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah is from an Anglo-Indian origin. Her parents were an Madras High Court attorney. There is also one younger sister, currently employed as a research associate Leuven Belgium. Jeremiah was born within Chennai. He went to National Public School. After his graduation, he attended Women's Christian College. Andrea was able to learn classical piano in her eighth year. Young Stars, a Jackson Five-style group which she joined at the age of 10 years old, was her starting point for her singing as well as composing music. She was a stage artist at her school and took part in several productions in the form of The Madras Players, EVAM as well as other theatre companies. Andrea was the president of The Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea started her acting career as a child actor in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. Annayum Rasoolum is a romantic movie made by Rajeeev Rath that was released in 2013, was her Malayalam debut.
